Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• The bedsheets must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at admin@loftlinen.com with your order number.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Non-returnable items:

• Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" cannot be returned or refunded.
